Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital products sold by Adynix Media OPC Private Limited.

1. Nature of digital products

All products sold through this website are digital goods delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, access to the product is made available immediately or as soon as technically possible. Because delivery begins immediately, orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation and are not eligible for a refund merely because the product is no longer wanted, has not been used, or does not meet a purchaser’s subjective preference.

2. When we will review a refund

We will review a refund or replacement-access request where: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order; (b) payment was successful but we cannot provide the purchased digital product or a working download link after reasonable support efforts; or (c) a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Please contact us within 7 days of the order, include your order reference and use the same email address used for purchase. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request.

3. Troubleshooting before refund

Where a delivery link, file or access issue is reported, we may first resend the delivery email, restore eligible download access, provide a replacement file, or offer reasonable troubleshooting. A product that has been successfully delivered and is materially as described is not refundable solely because it requires installation, configuration, third-party software or technical knowledge not expressly included in the listing.

4. Approved refunds and chargebacks

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing by us normally begins within 7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. Please contact us before raising a payment dispute so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law.
