These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any digital product sold through it. The website is operated by Adynix Media OPC Private Limited (“Adynix Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing, placing an order or downloading a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. You agree to provide complete, current and accurate checkout, contact and payment information, and to keep it updated where relevant. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the order otherwise breaches these Terms or applicable law.

2. Digital products and product information

Our products are digital goods only. Product descriptions, demonstrations, screenshots and compatibility notes are provided for general information. You are responsible for reviewing them and confirming that a product is suitable for your intended use and technical environment before purchase. Unless expressly stated on the product page, purchases do not include installation, customization, hosting, training, maintenance, updates or compatibility with future software versions.

3. Orders, pricing, payment and delivery

Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Taxes, if applicable, are handled as shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment service provider, Cashfree. An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation and our delivery process is initiated. Products are delivered digitally: the download link is shown on-screen and sent to the email address provided at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing, listing or technical errors and cancel the affected order, with any applicable payment returned in accordance with law.

4. Licence and permitted use

Subject to successful payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the purchased digital product for your own lawful personal or internal business use. The exact licence scope on the relevant product page, if any, controls over this general clause. No ownership of intellectual-property rights is transferred to you.

Unless we give prior written permission or the product-specific licence expressly allows it, you must not copy, publish, distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, make publicly available, remove notices from, reverse engineer, use to build a competing product, or otherwise exploit a product or its files beyond the granted licence. You must also comply with any third-party licence notices included with a product.

5. Download access and account security

Download links may be restricted by expiry date and/or number of downloads. You are responsible for safeguarding the delivery email, link and downloaded files. Do not share access with anyone else. We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe that a link, product or website is being misused, shared unlawfully, used fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property and third-party materials

The website, branding, content and product materials are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain owned by Adynix Media, its licensors or the relevant rights holders. Some products may contain open-source or other third-party components; the applicable third-party terms remain in effect. Brand names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only where relevant to the product.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not interfere with the website, circumvent security or download limits, upload malware, scrape or harvest data, use the services for unlawful purposes, infringe another person’s rights, or attempt unauthorized access to any system, account or file. We may take appropriate technical, legal and account-level action in response to prohibited conduct.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, digital products and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that any product will meet every requirement, be error-free, uninterrupted, secure in every circumstance, compatible with every device or software version, or produce a particular commercial, technical or other result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adynix Media and its directors, officers, employees, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit, data, goodwill or business-interruption damages arising from the website or a product. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

10. Changes, termination and governing law

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The updated Terms apply from the stated update date or from your continued use after publication. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms or law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
